Challenges to Partnerships

Partnerships have the power to bridge substantial gaps and allow organizations to do more empowering them to stretch and build in ways they could not do alone. However, the choice to operate in a relationship with other organizations comes with challenges. Many challenges can be avoided by effectively planning for the partnership and seeing around corners to potential issues. Some challenges should be expected but measures can be put in place during the planning stages to mitigate and manage the impacts.
